The Notes shall be issuable as registered Notes without coupons in the denominations of $1,000 and any integral multiple of $1,000, and shall be numbered, lettered, or otherwise distinguished in such manner or in accordance with such plan as the officers of the Company executing the same may determine with the approval of the Trustee. The Notes shall be dated the date of authentication thereof by the Trustee. Notes may be issued at a discount, and shall bear interest, as set forth in the applicable supplemental indenture establishing the form of such Note.
