DENOMINATIONS, DATES, INTEREST PAYMENT AND RECORD DATES. The Notes of each series shall be issuable in registered form without coupons in denominations of $1,000 and integral multiples thereof or such other amount or amounts as may be authorized by the Board of Directors or a Company Order pursuant to a Board Resolution or in one or more indentures supplemental hereto; provided, that the principal amount of a Global Note shall not exceed $500,000,000 unless otherwise permitted by the Depositary.
