Common use of Denominations; Payment of Interest on Securities Clause in Contracts

Denominations; Payment of Interest on Securities. (a) The Securities of each series may be issued in such denominations as shall be specified as contemplated by Section 2.03. In the absence of such provisions with respect to the Securities of any series, the Securities of such series shall be issued in denominations of $1,000 and any integral multiple thereof. The Securities of each series shall be numbered, lettered or otherwise distinguished in such manner or in accordance with such plan as the officers of the Company executing the same may determine.
