Common use of Denominations; Payment of Interest on Securities Clause in Contracts

Denominations; Payment of Interest on Securities. (a) The Securities of each series may be issued as Registered Securities or Unregistered Securities in denominations all as shall be specified as contemplated by Section 2.03. In the absence of such provisions with respect to the Registered Securities of any series, the Securities of such series (other than any Registered Global Securities) shall be issued in denominations of $1,000 (or [Euro] 1,000, as applicable) and any integral multiple thereof. If denominations of Unregistered Securities of any series are not so established, such Securities shall be issuable in denominations of $1,000 and $5,000 (or [Euro] 1,000 and [Euro] 5,000). The Securities of each series shall be numbered, lettered or otherwise distinguished in such manner or in accordance with such plan as the officers of the Company executing the same may determine with the approval of the Trustee, as evidenced by the execution and authentication thereof.
