DENOMINATIONS, VARIETY NAMES, TRADE MARKS. 5.1 The Parties acknowledge that the denomination for the subject variety is established as: [X]. 5.2 CERES shall use the denomination of the LICENSED VARIETY to identify that variety. 5.3 CERES will determine a COMMERCIAL NAME for the LICENSED VARIETY under which the COMMERCIAL PROPAGULES of the LICENSED VARIETY will be marketed and sold. 5.4 CERES may determine TRADEMARK(s) associated or intended for use with a LICENSED VARIETY. CERES shall be the owner of all rights in any such TRADEMARK, chosen, applied to, used or registered in association with the LICENSED VARIETY.
