Dental Services and Procedures. Dentist agrees to provide services and procedures to groups/members of SDP in accordance with the terms of this agreement including but not limited to the following: 2.1 Dentist agrees to provide all Dental Services and Procedures in accordance with accepted community professional standards, and to comply at all times with the ethical standards of the American Dental Association. 2.2 Dentist agrees to provide Members with prompt access and reasonable availability of services at reasonable times with appropriate facilities.. 2.3 Dentist agrees to continue to provide care to any Member based on the fees for Dental Services and Procedures as described in Schedule A, unless Member's membership is: terminated, not renewed, expires, or SDP ceases to continue business. 2.4 Dentist is not obligated to continue to provide Dental Services and Procedures to Members who are in material default of their payment obligations to Dentist. Dentist agrees to notify SDP at least 10 days in advance prior to discontinuing or refusing to provide Dental Services and Procedures to any Member, and shall in no case, abandon any Member if the Member's health, or dental health would be compromised or endangered.
