Dental Technician Level II. An Employee who is a licensed Dental Technician and is the Technician in Charge and is either; a Dental Technician responsible for the production and quality of work of a specialist unit of the Dental Laboratory Service of the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne; or is responsible for the administration and efficient functioning of Dental Technician Services in an establishment other than the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne.
