Common use of Dental Treatment Expenses Clause in Contracts

Dental Treatment Expenses. If the Insured is first diagnosed with a dental Illness or suffers Accidental Bodily Injury resulting in injury to the teeth while Overseas, which requires immediate medical attention, then the Insurer will indemnify the Insured for the amount upto the Limit of Indemnity for Dental treatment Expenses required for a natural tooth or teeth to be taken under anesthetic taken Overseas. The Insurer’s liability to make payment is only in excess of the Deductible.
