DEOBLIGATION / REPROGRAMMING OF FUNDS. At any time upon written notice to you the City, in its sole discretion, including without limitation based on periodic reviews of the spending levels under this Agreement, may reduce the Maximum Compensation and/or Committed Compensation. Upon reduction of the Maximum Compensation and/or Committed Compensation, you will fully cooperate with the City’s deobligation and/or reprogramming of funds.
