Departing Unitholder. In the event that any Unitholder ceases to be employed by the Group (Departing Unitholder) then the provisions of clauses 11.2 and 11.3 shall apply to the Trustee as if the Shares held by the Trustee on behalf of the Departing Unitholder are the Management Sale Shares.
