Common use of Department Acceptance of GMP Proposal Clause in Contracts

Department Acceptance of GMP Proposal. The Department and the Design-Builder shall meet to negotiate over the terms of the GMP Proposal. Unless the Department accepts the GMP Proposal in writing on or before the date specified in the proposal for such acceptance and so notifies the Design-Builder, the GMP Proposal shall not be deemed accepted by the Department.
