Department Delivery of Fuel Notwithstanding Agreed Fuel Supply Plan. If Seller is unable to provide Fuel to the Facility during any Fuel Supply Period for which the Parties have executed a Fuel Supply Plan, Department may provide Fuel to the Facility.
