Department Information Resources. “Department Information Resources” means those devices, networks and related infrastructure that the Department has obtained for use to conduct Department business. Devices include but are not limited to, Department-owned devices; devices managed or used through service agreements; storage, processing, and communications devices and related infrastructure on which Department data is accessed, processed, stored, or communicated; and may include personally owned devices. Data includes, but is not limited to, Confidential Information, other Department-created or managed business and research data, metadata, and credentials created by or issued on behalf of the Department.
