Common use of Department System Access Clause in Contracts

Department System Access. 1.2.12.1. In the event that the Contractor requires access to any Department computer system to complete the Work, the Contractor shall have and maintain all hardware, software and interfaces necessary to access the system without requiring any modification to the Department’s system. The Contractor shall follow all Department policies, processes and procedures necessary to gain access to the Department’s systems.
