Departures from Technical Specifications Sample Clauses

The 'Departures from Technical Specifications' clause defines the conditions under which deviations from the originally agreed technical requirements are permitted. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting, reviewing, and approving any proposed changes to the technical specifications, such as alternative materials, methods, or standards. Its core function is to provide a controlled mechanism for managing necessary adjustments while maintaining project quality and compliance, thereby preventing unauthorized changes and ensuring all parties are aware of and agree to any modifications.
