Common use of Deposit Account Control Agreements Clause in Contracts

Deposit Account Control Agreements. The Loan Parties will provide to the Agent a Deposit Account Control Agreement duly executed on behalf of each financial institution holding a deposit account of a Loan Party as set forth in the Security Agreement; provided that the Agent may, in its Permitted Discretion, defer delivery of any such Deposit Account Control Agreement, establish a Reserve with respect to any deposit account for which the Agent has not received such Deposit Account Control Agreement, or require the Loan Party to open and maintain a new deposit account with a financial institution subject to a Deposit Account Control Agreement.
