Common use of Deposit Account Control Agreements Clause in Contracts

Deposit Account Control Agreements. Such Grantor will provide to the Lender promptly upon the Lender’s request, a Deposit Account Control Agreement duly executed on behalf of each financial institution holding a deposit account of such Grantor as set forth in this Security Agreement; provided that, the Lender may, in its discretion, defer delivery of any such Deposit Account Control Agreement, establish a Reserve with respect to any deposit account for which the Lender has not received such Deposit Account Control Agreement, and require such Grantor to open and maintain a new deposit account with a financial institution subject to a Deposit Account Control Agreement.
