Schedule 4.20 lists all banks and other financial institutions securities intermediary or commodity intermediary at which any Credit Party maintains deposit, securities, commodities or similar accounts as of the Effective Date, and such Schedule correctly identifies the name, address and any other relevant contact information reasonably requested by Agent with respect to each depository or intermediary, the name in which the account is held, a description of the purpose of the account, and the complete account number therefor.
