Deposit Accounts; Credit Card Arrangements. (a) Annexed hereto as Schedule 5.24(a) is a list of all deposit accounts maintained by the Loan Parties as of the Closing Date, which Schedule includes, with respect to each deposit account (i) the name and address of the depository; and (ii) the account number(s) maintained with such depository.

Deposit Accounts; Credit Card Arrangements. (a) Annexed hereto as Schedule 5.24(a) 6.24(a), as the same may be modified from time to time by notice to the Agent, is a list schedule of all deposit accounts that are maintained by the Loan Parties as of the Closing DateObligors, which Schedule schedule includes, with respect to each deposit account depository (i) the name and address of the such depository; and (ii) the account number(s) maintained with such depository; and (iii) a contact person at such depository.
