Deposit Accounts; Credit Card Arrangements. (a) Annexed hereto as Schedule 5.24(a) is a list of all deposit accounts maintained by the Loan Parties as of the Closing Date, which Schedule includes, with respect to each deposit account (i) the name and address of the depository; and (ii) the account number(s) maintained with such depository. (b) Annexed hereto as Schedule 5.24(b) is a list describing all material arrangements as of the Closing Date to which any Loan Party is a party with respect to the processing and/or payment to such Loan Party of the proceeds of any credit card charges for sales made by such Loan Party.
