Deposit Accounts; Credit Card Arrangements. (a) Annexed to Amendment No. 4 as Schedule 5.22(a) is a list of all deposit accounts maintained by the Loan Parties as of the Amendment No. 4 Effective Date, which Schedule includes, with respect to each deposit account (i) the name and address of the depository; and (ii) the account number(s) maintained with such depository. (b) Annexed to Amendment No. 4 as Schedule 5.22(b) is a list describing all material arrangements as of the Amendment No. 4 Effective Date to which any Loan Party is a party with respect to the processing and/or payment to such Loan Party of the proceeds of any credit card charges for sales made by such Loan Party.
