Deposit Accounts; Credit Card Processors. (a) Open new DDAs or Blocked Accounts unless the Loan Parties shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent appropriate Blocked Account Agreements consistent with the provisions of, and to the extent required by, Section 6.12 and otherwise reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, or (b) enter into any agreements with Credit Card Processor other than the ones expressly contemplated herein or in Section 6.12 hereof unless the Loan Parties shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent appropriate Credit Card Notifications consistent with the provisions of Section 6.12 and reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
