Deposit and Securities Accounts. All of the Deposit Accounts, Securities Accounts or other accounts in the name of or used by the Borrower and each Guarantor maintained at any bank or other financial institution are set forth on Schedule 7.21, subject to the right of the Borrower and each Guarantor to establish new accounts in accordance with Section 9.16 hereof.
