Common use of Deposit and Use of Payments Clause in Contracts

Deposit and Use of Payments. City Manager will ensure that all Payments are deposited in an account administered by the City. The use and allocation of all Payment revenues, and any interest that accrues thereon, will be determined by the City Council in its sole discretion. All Payments, and all interest that accrues thereon, shall be the property of the City.
