The deposits of Old National Bank are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in accordance with the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, as amended, to the fullest extent provided by applicable law and ONB or Old National Bank has paid or properly reserved or accrued for all current premiums and assessments with respect to such deposit insurance.
