Deposit Investments. The deposit investments available through us may include savings and/or money market accounts and certificates of deposit (CDs). Any cash in your Xxxx XXX shall be invested in accordance with your instructions or those of your designated representative, subject to the other terms of this Agreement. If you do not instruct us with regard to any uninvested cash, such cash will be deposited into the Program as defined in Article XIII, Section 13.1(b). You may direct us to transfer any uninvested funds to an institution of your choice at any time.
