Deposit Non-Refundable to Purchaser. Purchaser has approved acquisition of the Property and to have waived any right to terminate this Agreement as a result of any due diligence inspections of the Property, except as may be otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement. The Deposit is non-refundable to Purchaser except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement.
