Deposit of Moneys in Bond Fund; Moneys for Purchase and Redemption. The Company may at any time deposit moneys in the Bond Fund, without premium or penalty, to be held by the Trustee for application to Installment Payments not yet due and payable, and the Issuer agrees that the Trustee shall accept such deposits when tendered by the Company. Such deposits shall be credited against the Installment Payments, or any portion thereof, in the order of their due dates. Such deposits shall not in any way alter or suspend the obligations of the Company under this Agreement during the term hereof as provided in Section 10.01. In addition, the Company may deliver moneys to the Trustee for use for optional redemption of Bonds pursuant to Sections 6,01 and 6.02 and shall deliver moneys to the Trustee for mandatory redemption of Bonds as required by Section 4.02(b)(ii) of the Indenture.
