Common use of Deposit of Note Redemption Price Clause in Contracts

Deposit of Note Redemption Price. Amounts required to be deposited into the Collection Account to effectuate a redemption of the Notes will be deposited on the Redemption Date into the Collection Account, as required under Section 8.1 of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement or Section 8.2 of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement, as applicable, and the Notes will be paid in full on the Redemption Date.
