Common use of Deposit of Prepayment Amount Clause in Contracts

Deposit of Prepayment Amount. By 10:00 a.m. New York City time, no later than one Business Day prior to any Prepayment Date, the Company shall deposit with the Trustee or with a Paying Agent (or, if the Company is acting as its own Paying Agent, segregate and hold in trust as provided in Section 10.03) an amount equal to the principal amount of the Securities to be prepaid pursuant to Section 11.01 or 11.02, as applicable (plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon as of such Prepayment Date).
