Common use of Deposit of Proceeds of Notes Clause in Contracts

Deposit of Proceeds of Notes. In order for the issue and due authentication and delivery of the Series 2020-1 (A3) Notes referred to in Clause 3.1 (Constitution of the Notes) to be effected, the following payment of subscription monies for the Series 2020-1 (A3) Notes being an amount equal to £400,000,000 shall be made in favour of the Issuer or to its order in such account as specified or directed by the Issuer for value on the Issue Date.

In order for the issue and due authentication and delivery of the Series 20202023-1 (A3A2) Notes referred to in Clause 3.1 (Constitution of the Notes) to be effected, the following payment of subscription monies for the Series 20202023-1 (A3A2) Notes being an amount equal to £400,000,000 200,000,000 shall be made in favour of the Issuer or to its order in such account as specified or directed by the Issuer for value on the Issue Date.
