Common use of Deposit of Proceeds of Notes Clause in Contracts

Deposit of Proceeds of Notes. In order for the issue and due authentication and delivery of the Series 2023-1 (A3) Notes referred to in Clause 3.1 (Constitution of the Notes) to be effected, the following payment of subscription monies for the Series 2023-1 (A3) Notes being an amount equal to £200,000,000 shall be made in favour of the Issuer or to its order in such account as specified or directed by the Issuer for value on the Issue Date.
