Deposit of Same. Holder shall deposit the Security Deposit within five (5) banking days of receiving the same into the bank and account referenced herein. If Landlord is managing the property, the Security Deposit may be deposited in a general account, and it will not be segregated and will be co-mingled with other funds of Holder.
