Deposit Refund and Application Process. 3.1. If the Student decides to withdraw the service after submitting the application form or after the application process to the institution has started, the deposit will be retained by the Service Provider as a non-refundable fee. 3.2. If the Student is eligible for a deposit refund as outlined in the Withdrawal Policy, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after the withdrawal is requested. The refund will be issued to the account specified by the Student in the withdrawal email.
