Common use of DEPOSIT TO BORROWER'S ACCOUNT Clause in Contracts

DEPOSIT TO BORROWER'S ACCOUNT. Lender may, at its option, deposit the proceeds of the Loan into a working capital account maintained by Borrower with Lender and shall have the right to debit such account (or any other account or deposit maintained or made by Borrower with Lender) from time to time for any of Borrower's Obligations that are due and payable.
