Deposit to the Trust Account. At least one business day prior to the time of purchase, if the Sponsor shall have caused the purchase price for the Sponsor Warrants to be wired to the Company, the Company shall direct the trustee under the Trust Agreement to deposit such funds into the Trust Account and to hold such funds in escrow therein.
