The Depositary shall also be the transfer agent and registrar for the Depositary Receipts unless prohibited by law, regulation or any applicable rule of a securities exchange or market. In its capacity as such, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Depositary shall transfer record ownership of the Depositary Units by bookkeeping entry on the books and records maintained pursuant to Section l3.3A.
