Common use of Depositary Certificate Clause in Contracts

Depositary Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative of one of its authorized officers evidencing the deposit with the custodian of the Ordinary Shares against issuance of the Public Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature (if applicable) and delivery of the Public Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative reasonably requests.

Depositary Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative Representatives of one of its authorized officers evidencing the deposit with the custodian of the Ordinary Shares against issuance of the Public Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature (if applicable) and delivery of the Public Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative Representatives reasonably requests.

Depositary Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters Xxxxxxxxxx a certificate satisfactory to the Representative Xxxxxxxxxx of one of its authorized officers evidencing the deposit with the custodian of the Ordinary Shares against issuance of the Public Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature (if applicable) and delivery of the Public Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative Xxxxxxxxxx reasonably requests.

The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative Representatives of one of its authorized officers evidencing with respect to the deposit with the custodian it of the Ordinary Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the Public ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature (if applicable) and delivery of the Public ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative may reasonably requestsrequest.

Depositary Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate reasonably satisfactory to the Representative of one of its authorized officers evidencing the deposit with the custodian of the Ordinary Shares against issuance of the Public SecuritiesADSs, the execution, issuance, countersignature counter signature (if applicable) and delivery of the Public Securities ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative reasonably requests.

Depositary Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate reasonably satisfactory to the Representative of one of its authorized officers evidencing the deposit with the custodian of the Ordinary Shares against issuance of the Public SecuritiesOffered ADSs, the execution, issuance, countersignature counter signature (if applicable) and delivery of the Public Securities Offered ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative reasonably requests.

Depositary Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative Representatives of one of its authorized officers evidencing with respect to the deposit with the custodian it of the Ordinary Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the Public ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature (if applicable) and delivery of the Public ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative Representatives may reasonably requestsrequest.

Depositary Certificate.
