Common use of Depositary Certificate Clause in Contracts

Depositary Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Representatives a certificate satisfactory to the Representatives of one of its authorized officers with respect to the issuance of the Offered ADSs, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement, and such other customary matters related thereto as the Representatives may reasonably request.

Depositary Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Representatives a certificate satisfactory to the Representatives of one of its authorized officers evidencing the deposit with respect to the issuance Depositary Custodian of the Offered ADSsUnderlying Shares in respect of which ADSs to be purchased by the Underwriters on such Closing Date or Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, are to be issued, and the execution, issuance, countersignature (if applicable) and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered such ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement, Agreement and such other customary matters related thereto as the Representatives may reasonably request.

Depositary Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Representatives Representative a certificate satisfactory to the Representatives Representative of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Firm Shares and Option Shares, the issuance of the Offered ADRs evidencing such shares in the form of the ADSs, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing such shares delivered in the Offered form of such ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement, Agreement and such other customary matters related thereto as the Representatives Representative may reasonably request.

Depositary Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Representatives Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representatives of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Shares represented by the ADSs against issuance of the Offered ADRs evidencing the ADSs, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement, Agreement and such other customary matters related thereto as the Representatives Representative may reasonably request.
