Depositary Certificates. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Representatives at such Time of Delivery certificates satisfactory to the Representatives evidencing the deposit with it of the Shares being so deposited against issuance of ADRs evidencing the ADSs to be delivered by the Company at such Time of Delivery, and the execution, countersignature (if applicable), issuance and delivery of ADRs evidencing such ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement.
