Common use of Depositary Counsel Opinion Clause in Contracts

Depositary Counsel Opinion. The Company shall have requested and caused Exxxx, Xxxxxx & Mxxxxx, LLP, counsel for the Depositary, to have furnished to the Representative their opinion, dated the Closing Date and addressed to the Representatives, substantially to the effect set forth in Exhibit F hereto.
