Depositary or Affiliate as Transfer Agent and Registrar. The Depositary or an Affiliate shall also be the transfer agent and registrar for the Depositary Receipts unless prohibited by law, regulation or any applicable rule of a securities exchange or market. In its capacity as such, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Depositary or such Affiliate shall transfer record ownership of the Units by bookkeeping entry on the books and records maintained pursuant to Section 13.3A.
