Common use of Depositary Services Fee Clause in Contracts

Depositary Services Fee. to any Holder of GDS(s), a fee not in excess of U.S. $5.00 per 100 GDSs (or fraction thereof) held on the applicable record date(s) established by the Depositary. In addition, Holders, Beneficial Owners, persons depositing Shares and persons surrendering GDSs for cancellation and withdrawal of Deposited Securities will be required to pay the following charges:
