Depositary Trust Agreements. Each Depositary Trust Agreement entered into between the Initial Depositor and the Trustee for the purposes set forth herein shall be in substantially the form of Exhibit A to these Standard Terms and shall provide that these Standard Terms shall be incorporated by reference into, and form a part of, such Depositary Trust Agreement.
