Common use of Depositary’s Certificate Clause in Contracts

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative Representatives of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative Representatives may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative Representatives of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Shares represented by Shares, the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Shares delivered in the form of the Offered SecuritiesADSs, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Shares delivered in the form of the Offered Securities ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other customary matters related thereto as the Representative Representatives may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative Representatives of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature issuance and delivery of the ADRs evidencing ADSs underlying the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative Representatives of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Underlying Ordinary Shares represented by Shares, the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other customary matters related thereto as the Representative Representatives may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters Representative a certificate satisfactory to the Representative of one of its authorized officers with respect officers, satisfactory to the Representative, evidencing the deposit with it the Custodian of the Ordinary Shares represented by against the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing ADSs to be delivered by the Offered SecuritiesCompany at such Closing Date, the execution, issuance, countersignature (if applicable) and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative Representatives of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate certificate, satisfactory to the Representative Representative, of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature execution and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative may Underwriters reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters Representative a certificate satisfactory to the Representative of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered SecuritiesADSs, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the such Offered Securities ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Class A Ordinary Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Common Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate certificate, satisfactory to the Representative Representatives, of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Offered Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative Representatives may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate certificate, satisfactory to the Representative Representatives, of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature execution and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative may Underwriters reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative Representatives of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative Representatives may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Shares represented by the Offered Securities to be purchased by the several Underwriters on such Closing date against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the such Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the such Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative Representatives of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Class A Ordinary Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative Representatives may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Underlying Ordinary Shares represented by Shares, the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other customary matters related thereto as the Representative may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Shares represented by Shares, the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Shares delivered in the form of the Offered SecuritiesADSs, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Shares delivered in the form of the Offered Securities ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other customary matters related thereto as the Representative Representatives may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative Representatives of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative Representatives may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Common Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative may reasonably request.

Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate satisfactory to the Representative of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Shares represented by Shares, the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Shares delivered in the form of the Offered SecuritiesADSs, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Shares delivered in the form of the Offered Securities ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other customary matters related thereto as the Representative may reasonably request.

The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriters a certificate certificate, satisfactory to the Representative of one Representative, of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Ordinary Offered Shares represented by the Offered Securities against issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature (if applicable) and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Securities pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other matters related thereto as the Representative may reasonably request.
