Depositary’s Certificate. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to the Underwriter a certificate satisfactory to the Underwriter of one of its authorized officers with respect to the deposit with it of the Offered Shares, the issuance of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Shares delivered in the form of the ADSs underlying the Offered Securities, the execution, issuance, countersignature and delivery of the ADRs evidencing the Offered Shares delivered in the form of such ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement and such other customary matters related thereto as the Underwriter may reasonably request.
