Common use of Depositary’s Certificate Clause in Contracts

Depositary’s Certificate. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, of one of the authorized officers of the Depositary confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 7(g) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.

Depositary’s Certificate. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, of one of the authorized officers of the Depositary confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 7(g5(j) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.

Depositary’s Certificate. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, of one of the authorized officers of the Depositary confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 7(g6(j) hereof remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.
