Common use of Depositary’s Certificate Clause in Contracts

Depositary’s Certificate. If requested by the Representative, a certificate from the Depositary in form and substance satisfactory to the Representative and dated such Date of Delivery, substantially in the same form and substance as the certificate furnished to the Representative pursuant to Section 5(f).

Depositary’s Certificate.
