Depositary's Office. The Depositary or its agent shall maintain facilities for the delivery and surrender of Shares, the execution and delivery, registration, registration of transfer, combination and split-up of Receipts and the withdrawal of Deposited Securities all in accordance with the provisions of this Deposit Agreement.
