Common use of Deposited Moneys to be Held in Trust Clause in Contracts

Deposited Moneys to be Held in Trust. All monies or Governmental Obligations deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Sections 13.1 or 13.2 shall be held in trust and shall be available for payment as due, either directly or through any paying agent (including the Company acting as its own paying agent), to the Holders of the Junior Subordinated Debentures for the payment or redemption of which such moneys or Governmental Obligations have been deposited with the Trustee.

Deposited Moneys to be Held in Trust. All monies moneys or Governmental Obligations deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Sections 13.1 13.01 or 13.2 13.02 shall be held in trust and shall be available for payment as due, either directly or through any paying agent (including the Company acting as its own paying agent), to the Holders of the Junior Subordinated Debentures for the payment or redemption of which such moneys or Governmental Obligations have been deposited with the Trustee.
