Depositor, Master Servicer and Special Servicer to Cooperate with Trustee. (a) The Depositor shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee within ten (10) days after the Depositor receives a request from the Trustee, all information or data that the Trustee reasonably determines to be relevant for tax purposes as to the valuations and issue prices of the Certificates, including, without limitation, the price, yield, Prepayment Assumptions and projected cash flow of the Certificates.
